Human Outreach Project	HOP in Tanzania HOP brought medical, dental and school supplies to communities serviced by the Usa River Medical Clinic in 2007 and 2008 as part of 5 separate trips to Africa. Many of these trips involved extended visits following delivery of supplies. For example, in 2007, HOP stayed for a week following successful climbs of Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro to help make improvements to the clinic, and engaged community members to discuss how HOP can most effectively help the area in the future.
