Peru
Next year, HOP will extend efforts to Peru as WWT treks the Inca ruins at Machu Picchu. Life is hard on the Indians at 13,000’ in the Andes Mountains. The climate is severe and the living conditions very difficult - no gad, no waterlines and no electricity.

In Peru, HOP will help support the HoPe Foundation, which helps promote education to local Indian children by building schools, training teachers, creating infrastructure and providing health care. HOP will work with the HoPe Foundation to bring dental, medical and school supplies to children in these remote communities.
